Smarter Living Homes' streamlined process begins at our climate-controlled facility in Tennessee, where 90% of a home is completed. Our modules are carefully constructed and inspected from the inside out.
We care for our Earth and make every effort to source materials within the United States to reduce our carbon footprint.
While your foundation is being prepped onsite, the home is being made at our plant...because we're that fast. Most of your plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, roofing, siding, and other finishes are already installed.
Delivery day is going to be exciting. Our finishing crew will arrive with your modules and a crane will help lock them together. Once seams are sealed to the same level of efficiency of the structure itself, the finishing touches will follow.
Your home will be ready for local inspections and living in one month or less.
