As the Co-founder & COO, Greg Poland Jr. designs and implements business operations to optimize the teams’ performance. Mr. Poland oversees the daily operations of the company and works to identify and track key metrics KPI’s and process improvements essential to the successful growth of the company.

 

Mr. Poland has a unique combination of business experience and technology expertise in a range of industries. Starting as a programmer and analyst, he honed his skills in understanding how to break down complex problems into core components in order to find unique solutions. These skills translated well in various roles as a business and management consultant, assisting organizations with designing innovative business solutions to generate revenue, improve operations and better understand their customer base. His responsibilities included advising senior executives on how to accomplish strategic initiatives by more effectively leveraging technology. This eventually led to his experience in starting his own company that he took from concept to market launch and through multiple rounds of funding.

 

Mr. Poland received his MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his BS in Physics and Mathematics from Frostburg State University. His wisdom, exceptional attention to detail, and experience in the start-up world is a priceless attribute.
